Customer Experience Assistant (No Experience Required)
Be the first friendly face customers meet—helping them feel welcomed, supported, and informed from the moment they arrive.
What you’ll do
Greet customers and ensure they are looked after quickly.
Help with bookings, basic enquiries, and routing calls/messages.
Support follow-ups and customer updates under the sales manager’s guidance.
Maintain front-of-house presentation standards.
Assist with paperwork preparation and delivery day checklists.
What we’re looking for
Strong people skills and calm communication.
Great organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple small tasks without dropping the ball.
Nice to have
Reception, retail, or hospitality experience.
Interest in cars and customer experience.
