Help schedule social posts and organise content folders under the content creator’s direction.
Support event days: setup/pack-down, guest flow, QR lead forms, photo handoffs, and material runs.
Research local businesses, clubs, and events for the specialist’s outreach lists.
Assist with printing drops, signage storage, and simple Canva/template updates.
Take action items from weekly marketing check-ins and track completion.
Learn enquiry capture at events and polite handoffs to sales staff.
Help monitor reviews/messages when the creator is on capture days (with approved reply templates).
No prior marketing experience required—motivation, reliability, and clear communication matter most.
Comfortable learning Google Drive, Meta scheduling tools, and Canva/templates.
Polite with customers at events; happy to follow safety and brand rules on-site.
Some weekend availability for community activations (rostered in advance).
Valid Australian driver licence preferred for local errands.
Interest in cars, events, or Melbourne local communities.
Study in marketing, media, events, or communications.
