2+ years in automotive sales or comparable high-ticket sales (preferred).
Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
Comfort with structured follow-ups and CRM usage.
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
Enthusiasm for JDM/import vehicles and enthusiast customers.
Basic understanding of finance/trade-ins (we can train).
Ability to film simple walkaround videos for customers.
