Sales Consultant (Showroom)
Own the customer journey from first enquiry to delivery—combining great listening, clear communication, and a premium handover experience.
What you’ll do
Respond to enquiries quickly and professionally (calls, messages, walk-ins).
Run showroom appointments, test drives, and vehicle walkarounds with confidence.
Manage follow-ups and next steps in the CRM (no leads left behind).
Work with operations to keep customers updated on timelines and vehicle readiness.
Support deliveries and handovers to maintain a high-trust customer experience.
Contribute to a tidy, well-presented showroom and strong team culture.
What we’re looking for
2+ years in automotive sales or comparable high-ticket sales (preferred).
Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
Comfort with structured follow-ups and CRM usage.
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
Nice to have
Enthusiasm for JDM/import vehicles and enthusiast customers.
Basic understanding of finance/trade-ins (we can train).
Ability to film simple walkaround videos for customers.
