Lead a small, high-performance sales team across showroom and import enquiries—building a premium customer experience while delivering consistent results.
Own the end-to-end sales process: enquiry → consultation → test drive → negotiation → delivery.
Coach and develop the sales team with clear standards, weekly rhythms, and practical training.
Run daily follow-ups and pipeline hygiene (CRM discipline, next steps, and response times).
Partner with workshop/operations to align vehicle readiness, handovers, and customer timelines.
Improve conversion through better scripts, better offers, and better customer communication.
Protect brand reputation with honest advice and “quality-first” delivery standards.
3+ years in automotive sales (or equivalent high-ticket sales) with a proven track record.
Experience leading/coaching a team (formal or informal leadership is fine).
Strong communication: calm, clear, and customer-first.
Comfortable using a CRM and following structured processes.
High integrity: you don’t overpromise, and you keep customers informed.
Experience with imports, JDM enthusiast customers, or specialist vehicles.
Comfortable creating simple content (walkaround videos) to support sales.
Understanding of finance options and trade-in handling (we’ll train you if needed).
