
A growth role for someone hungry to learn—supporting the sales team with follow-ups, coordination, and keeping the showroom running smoothly.
Support customer enquiries: booking appointments, basic info, and routing questions to the right person.
Help with follow-ups and CRM updates (tasks, notes, next steps).
Coordinate with workshop/ops for vehicle readiness and delivery preparation.
Keep the showroom presentable: vehicles, signage, and daily basics.
Assist with handovers, photos, and customer communications.
Strong communication and a friendly, professional attitude.
Good organisation: you follow checklists and you don’t drop tasks.
Comfortable using basic software (email, calendar, CRM).
Reliable and punctual.
Previous retail/hospitality/customer service experience.
Interest in cars (JDM knowledge is a plus, not required).
