Be Ikigai’s voice and camera online—owning social strategy, short-form video, photography, community replies, and creative assets that support events and sales in a three-person marketing team.
Run the social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn as relevant.
Film and edit walkarounds, workshop/process clips, detailing, deliveries, and event b-roll (reels + longer cuts).
Schedule posts and stories; monitor comments/DMs and flag sales opportunities quickly.
Maintain brand tone: honest, premium, craftsmanship-focused—accurate vehicle and compliance messaging.
Create templates and simple graphics (thumbnails, stories, promo tiles) aligned with on-site signage.
Support paid social with the specialist: provide creatives, captions, and UTM links; review basic Meta insights.
Work with sales/workshop for daily capture opportunities using repeatable shot lists.
Organise media libraries, consent notes for customer features, and fast turnarounds for new stock arrivals.
Report weekly on what’s working (reach, saves, profile visits, enquiry assists) and iterate formats.
2+ years creating brand content (automotive or premium retail strongly preferred).
Portfolio showing video + photo skill (not only phone snapshots).
Comfortable community management and reputation awareness.
Reliable publishing discipline and ability to take creative direction.
Respect for workshop safety and customer consent on camera.
JDM / enthusiast culture literacy for authentic storytelling.
CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci and Lightroom or similar.
Experience boosting posts or simple Meta Business Suite ads.
